"We experienced a roof ice dam release as the warm up came. Hundreds of pounds of ice came down the side of our house. The damage was extensive. This included our on demand water heating system. We have a medical need at our home for warm bathing water. Allison acted promptly and professionally, securing the ability for us to initiate immediate repairs. We received a check the next day.
